The kitchen is the open design, leading directly from socializing in the living room while cooking up a family feast. Upstairs is a second family room with several guest suites, a gym, and a wet bar.
Above all, the custom theatre with a large cinema-style screen, two sofas, and a popcorn machine is the most popular space in the house.
