Christopher Jason Witten is an American football tight end and plays for the Las Vegas Raiders of the National Football League (NFL).  He was born on May 6, 1982, and raised in Washington D.C. along with his two elder brothers. Jason Witten only trails Tony Gonzalez and ranks second in all-time career receptions and receiving yards by an NFL tight end.

Jason Witten initially retired in 2018 and accepted a job as a color analyst for ESPN’s Monday Night Football, but after a year, he announced that he would end his retirement and later on signed for the Dallas Cowboys in 2019.

It is believed that he is parting ways with the mansion in Westlake, Texas, half an hour north of the Cowboys Stadium. TMZ reports that the listing price of the property is $4.6 million. Since he is playing in Vegas, he might be thinking of offloading his longtime pad. Engel and Volkers, one of the world’s leading service companies in the real estate business, holds the property’s listing. The estate is located in the guard-gated community of multi-million dollar mansions known as Vaquero and is packed with other MLB and NFL players with a membership fee of $60,000 for the 28,000 square feet Vaquero Club and Tom Fazio Golf Course.

The 8,800 square feet estate comes with six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Other features of the Mediterranean-style mansion include a wine cellar, hardwood floors, modern light fixtures, wood beams, a wet bar, a game room, stone-covered walls, a gourmet kitchen, a walk-through wine cellar. Moreover, it also has an outdoor kitchen, a column-line patio in the back, an alfresco dining area, a fireplace, a resort-style double-deck pool, a spa, a slide, and a waterfall. The house also features an 828 square feet guest house with a kitchen and private patio.
