Christopher Jason Witten is an American football tight end and plays for the Las Vegas Raiders of the National Football League (NFL). He was born on May 6, 1982, and raised in Washington D.C. along with his two elder brothers. Jason Witten only trails Tony Gonzalez and ranks second in all-time career receptions and receiving yards by an NFL tight end.
Jason Witten initially retired in 2018 and accepted a job as a color analyst for ESPN’s Monday Night Football, but after a year, he announced that he would end his retirement and later on signed for the Dallas Cowboys in 2019.
